About Me

I have been practising massage for over 15 years, and value holding a nourishing, warm and sensitive space where people feel safe to relax and let go. I initially trained in Swedish massage and have developed my practice through CPD and other courses. I am influenced by deep tissue work, thai massage and Shiatsu. I also qualified in Myofascial Release (MFR) at the Exeter School of Bodywork, and find this a particularly powerful technique, especially when working with injuries, trauma and chronic conditions.

I believe we are to a great extent, engineers of our own health, and am passionate about empowering people to embrace this. I trust in the body's inner wisdom and innate healing capacity. We simply need to learn the art of listening and connecting.

I have treated myself, friends and family through herbs, homeopathy and massage for most of my life, and love sharing these skills. I am available for running massage workshops and offering treatments at retreats and other events. Please call to discuss.

About treatments

Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue Massage work well as stand alone treatments, but perhaps more effectively as an integrated treatment. I am based in south Devon and work from centres in Totnes, Buckfastleigh and Kingsbridge, as well as working from home. I am also mobile and can offer treatments in the comfort of your own home. I run donation clinics once a month, for those on a low income and am also open to exchanges. Please feel free to contact me to see if my treatments would meet your needs.

2 hours £80 (concessions available)
